Shipping policy
We will complete the inspection within 5 working days after your payment and deliver it to the logistics company. All items are free of delivery fees, and the partner Express is YUN Express and YANWEN Express, and the delivery reference time can be seen before you pay. Refund Explanation
If the order has not been shipped and payment has not taken more than 24 hours, you can request a refund and cancel the order at any time.
If the order has not yet been shipped and payment has taken more than 24 hours, you can request a refund at any time, subject to a $5 USD service charge.
If the order has been shipped but does not arrive in your region, we will only return 70% of the value of the item, the shipping and prepaid taxes are non-refundable, and we will refund you when the item is returned to the warehouse.
